I, Julie Zorn, have spent much of my life nurturing and educating others—as a nanny and teacher—and have also gained international experience teaching English in Japan, working as a flight attendant with DOD contracts, and caring for high-profile clients. An injury redirected my career, but my passion for caring never waned. My experience during the COVID-19 pandemic, where I assisted a family member with an extremely challenging hoarding situation, solidified my commitment to helping seniors navigate life’s transitions with integrity and compassion. I, Kenneth Decker, bring over 35 years of experience as an asset manager, real estate broker, and legal advisor specializing in wills, trusts, and estate planning. With a Juris Doctor degree and a proven track record in managing significant assets, I have dedicated my career to ensuring seniors receive reliable, ethical guidance as they transition into their golden years. Together, we combine our diverse backgrounds and deep passion for service to provide comprehensive and compassionate support for every phase of senior relocation and downsizing.
